JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairing / Servicing experience of equipment such as Total stations and GPS / GNSS systems
Should be able to perform various duties such as troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, testing and calibration of equipment.
Knowledge on Safety and predictive aspects of service and support function
Communicate with customers whenever necessary
Repair and Maintenance of Land and Marine survey Applications i.e. DGPS, Handhelds, Total Stations,
Marine GNSS Receivers and various other hydrographic products like Echosounders / ROV's/ Under water
sensors/ Underwater Camera's, Sonars for Bathymetric Surveys.
Raising Repair & Support Requests and Coordinating on same till the execution or Delivery.
Maintain Files and Database
Generation and maintaining Reports for Service activities and submit to the management.
Support to Sales team and Application Support to customers.
Maintaining Extended warranty of products (Purchasing and Selling)
Rasing Quotations, Purchase Order and Invoice.
Work on AMC contracts and negotiate AMC contracts with the customers
Responsible for enriched customer experience and focus on customer relations
Coordinating with Customer regarding any Service-related Issue
Quality assurance of all the equipment's
Providing proposals to various customers for the Annual maintenance of their equipments.
Responsible for overall delivery and quality of work
Increased service & Sales revenue to a good level.
Ensure timely delivery of target and build strong proactive timeline
Handling various Marine Projects of Under Water Sensors, Hydrophones, ROV'S, Current Meter,DGPS,
Marine GNSS Receivers, CTD, Side scan Sonar, Echosounders and various other hydrographic products
used in Bathymetric Survey.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A graduation degree
years of relevant work experience gained in a reputed organization
Good oral and written English language communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good experience in working with SAP (service module) is preferred
