Job Description

  • Connect with customers to handle business accounts related to new business compliance, accounting, tax filing, and licenses.
  • Understand customer business requirements and draft/fill necessary documents and applications.
  • Resolve product or service problems by providing optimal solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address queries dependent on other teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Meet KPIs such as Monthly Service Completion Targets and Client Satisfaction Score as per SLA.
  • Manage service processes and maintain records of client interactions in our CRM database.
Qualifications Requirements:
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate willing to commit a minimum of 2 years .
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Patient and able to thrive in our customer-centric work culture.
  • Punctual, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel skills will be advantageous.
Compensation:
  • Fixed Salary: 15,000 per month.
  • Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus of 40% based on meeting performance criteria.
