- Connect with customers to handle business accounts related to new business compliance, accounting, tax filing, and licenses.
- Understand customer business requirements and draft/fill necessary documents and applications.
- Resolve product or service problems by providing optimal solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address queries dependent on other teams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Meet KPIs such as Monthly Service Completion Targets and Client Satisfaction Score as per SLA.
- Manage service processes and maintain records of client interactions in our CRM database.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate willing to commit a minimum of 2 years .
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Patient and able to thrive in our customer-centric work culture.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel skills will be advantageous.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: 15,000 per month.
- Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus of 40% based on meeting performance criteria.
