Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service and Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the service and customer relationship efforts for our company, with technicians based at every store in different parts of India.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the customer service team at every store and ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures for the company.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to address any issues or concerns.
Identify and analyze customer service trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customers receive a seamless and positive experience.
Provide training and support to the customer service team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Ensure that all service technicians are properly trained and equipped to handle customer service issues and repairs.
Handle escalations and complaints from customers and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing a customer service team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
