- Issuing Repair Order and recommend appropriate solutions
Enter itemized estimated cost on service order and explain estimated cost to customer to gain their understanding of all services provided.- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labour and parts, provided by the technicians. To prepare quotation to customers.
To liaise with part controller
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
