Service Advisor

Description

We are seeking a Service Advisor and Body shop advisor to join car dealership at Mumbai,Navi Mumbai and thane location. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by accurately diagnosing and resolving issues related to our products and services. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer problems
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or personnel
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry developments

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 0-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Hindi
