- Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding vehicle performance, maintenance, or repairs.
- Work with technicians to schedule vehicle inspections and services.
- Provide customers with detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, parts, and any other service fees.
- Regularly inform customers about the progress of their vehicle repairs or service.
- Ensure that services are completed correctly and that the customer's concerns are fully addressed before handing the vehicle back.
- Maintain detailed service records for vehicles, including repair history, parts replaced, and services performed.
- Inform customers of available promotions, warranties, or additional services.
- Walk the customer through the repairs performed, highlighting important changes or recommendations for future services.
