Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
Provide expert advice on car maintenance, repairs, and services.- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
Prepare and present service estimates and recommendations to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive services and industry trends.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or related training is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in automotive service advisory or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
