Roles & Responsibility
- Should expertise in AIX platform.
- Manage, Admin & Break Fix IBM P-Series servers.
- Should be able to analyze the logs, identify the problem and replace the required hardware.
- Should be knowledable on IBM storage. Manage, Admin & Break Fix.
- Should be knowledgably to co-relate the hardware functioning across the physical and logical domains of the servers.
- Troubleshoot, test, and analyse complex issues
- Should be ready to work in any of the Sureworks Locations
