SEO Team Lead

As an SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of SEO specialists to execute SEO strategies, improve search engine rankings, and enhance organic traffic for our clients websites. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to achieve SEO objectives. Here are the key responsibilities of the role.

• Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of SEO specialists, providing coaching, support, and feedback to ensure the team's success.

• SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to clients goals, industries, and target audiences.

• Keyword Research: Oversee keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases relevant to clients businesses.

• On-Page Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.

• Technical SEO: Identify and address technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexation problems.

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO objectives.

• Link Building: Manage link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software. Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong client relationships, communicate SEO progress, and align strategies with client goals.

• Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of achieving results.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and project management skills.

• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices and industry trends.
