Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Team Lead to join our team at Cations Digital Pvt. Ltd. As an SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of SEO specialists and driving the success of our clients digital marketing campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, and requires a senior level of experience in SEO with 7 to 10 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as an SEO specialist or SEO team lead
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Moz
- Experience with on-page and off-page SEO optimization
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and campaigns for our clients
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and metrics
- Identify and optimize off-page SEO opportunities, including link building and content promotion
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client goals and objectives
- Track and report on SEO performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SEO guidelines and ethical practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SEO processes, tools, and techniques
