Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development:

Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and develop differentiation strategies.

Define and prioritize SEO objectives, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

2. On-Page Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta tags, headlines, and images for targeted keywords.

Ensure website architecture and internal linking are structured to support search engine crawlers.

Collaborate with content teams to produce keyword-rich, high-quality content that aligns with SEO goals.

3. Off-Page Optimization:

Build and maintain high-quality backlink profiles through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion.

Monitor backlink performance and resolve issues related to toxic links.

4. Technical SEO:

Conduct site audits to identify technical issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and slow page speeds.

Work with developers to implement schema markup, XML sitemaps, and mobile-friendly design.

Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and ensure compliance with best practices.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

Track, measure, and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

Provide detailed monthly reports on rankings, traffic, conversions, and other KPIs.

Use data insights to refine and adjust SEO strategies.

6. Collaboration and Training:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to align SEO goals with broader marketing initiatives.

Educate internal teams on SEO best practices and its impact on overall digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO strategy and execution.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes.

Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or others.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Creative thinker with problem-solving skills
