As the SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organic growth strategy for our company.. This position requires a deep understanding of search engine optimization, content strategy, and technical SEO to enhance our online visibility and drive qualified traffic. This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute and Measure SEO Strategies: Create and implement SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic search visibility, directing targeted traffic to the website, enticing visitors to sign up, driving revenue, and measuring performance.
Optimize On-Page Elements: Possess a strong background in optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, URL structure, and internal linking to enhance search engine rankings.- Optimize Copy and Landing Pages: Enhance copy and landing pages to improve search engine marketing performance.
Keyword Management: Continuously identify, expand, and optimize keywords to improve search engine performance.
- Implement SEO Recommendations: Research and apply search engine optimization recommendations to enhance website visibility.
Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor advertising links to stay competitive.- Link Building Strategy: Develop and execute a link-building strategy to strengthen website authority.
Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with development and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices.
- Recommendations for SEO Improvement: Suggest changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other elements to improve SEO rankings for target keywords.
Technical SEO Audit: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues.
Requirements and Skills:- Proven SEO Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in SEO.
Performance Marketing Understanding: A solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion strategies, and online customer acquisition.
- Analytics Tools: Proficiency in website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.- SEO Expertise: Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for those with a background in marketing.
