We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization strategies to increase our website's organic search traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility.

  • Main Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to achieve targeted search engine rankings.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, titles, descriptions, and headings, based on keyword research.
  • Ensure website architecture and structure are optimized for search engines.
Improve website loading speed and mobile responsiveness.
  • Conduct regular on-page SEO audits and recommend changes to improve performance.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles and manage disavow processes.
Collaborate with content creators to promote and distribute content effectively.
  • Work with the content team to ensure all website and blog content is optimized for SEO.
Provide SEO guidelines and recommendations for content development.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues that may impact search engine visibility.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements, including schema markup, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags.
Stay updated with the latest SEO and search engine algorithm changes and trends.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Generate regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive SEO strategies.
  • Provide training and support to team members on SEO best practices.
Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute SEO expertise.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
International Exposure or experience with MNCs is must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,
  • 00 - 50,000.00 per month
