SEO Specialist

·Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
·Must be responsible for improving website’s organic search rankings, driving traffic to our site, and managing internal site search to ensure optimal user experience and content discoverability.
·Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
·Perform keyword research to guide content teams.
·Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
·Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building).
·Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
·Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
·Manage and optimize internal site search functionality to improve user experience and content discoverability.
·Analyze internal search data to identify trends and opportunities for content improvement.
·Collaborate with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns.
·Stay up to date with the latest SEO, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
·Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure SEO and internal search goals are aligned with business objectives.
·In-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting, and the behaviors of search engines.
·Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
·Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
·Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
