SEO Specialist/Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SEO Specialist/Strategist to join our team at our Belapur office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, optimizing search engine rankings, and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headlines, images, and content for search engines.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues such as crawl errors, site speed optimization, and mobile-friendliness.
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content and marketing strategies.
• Brainstorming with a content creation (Editorial) team to come up with trending topics.
• Provide actionable insights to improve website user experience and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with proven results.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Experience in technical SEO and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
