Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Splus Ads, an international IT outsourcing company. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic for our product in all social media platforms with website promotion and generate leads. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to create engaging content and optimize our online presence. This is a full-time position located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a digital marketer or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Experience with SEO, SEM, ASM, content marketing, and social media management
- Knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms
- Proficient in web design and development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads
- Manage and optimize our product's online presence in various social media platforms, website, including SEO, SEM, ASM and content marketing
- Create and maintain engaging content across online platforms, such as social media, blogs, and email campaigns
- Track and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to design and implement landing pages, campaigns, and digital experiences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and online reputation
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Identify and recommend new digital marketing opportunities
- Work with external agencies and vendors as needed
