Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an SEO Specialist at SourceBae, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and development teams to implement effective SEO strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content for target keywords.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization to ensure website content meets best SEO practices.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website improvements.
- Build and manage a high-quality backlink portfolio to improve domain authority.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work with the development team to implement technical SEO changes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
