Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and analyzing web traffic metrics to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify target keywords to drive search engine traffic.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, titles, descriptions, and headings for SEO best practices.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies such as internal linking, image optimization, and improving site speed.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts including link-building, outreach, and content distribution strategies.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and benchmark performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO guidelines are followed for new content.
- Work with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations such as site architecture, URL structure, and schema markup.
- Create and present regular performance reports, showing progress against SEO KPIs and organic search growth.
- Recommend and implement strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Analyst.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with local SEO strategies for businesses targeting specific regions.
- Basic knowledge of web development and UX/UI design principles.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though not required with sufficient experience.
