Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert to take ownership of our keyword strategy and translate it into actionable initiatives that drive traffic and elevate product visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO for large-scale websites and will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning SEO tactics that deliver measurable results.


Responsibilities

  • Be the owner of the keyword strategy, and translate this at an execution level for products and blogs.
  • Work on new SEO Strategies by collecting ideas/requirements from the stakeholders for the targeted audience to develop winning SEO tactics that can improve organic search and elevate the product's visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mostly product and creative teams to achieve product goals.
  • Collaborate with our analytics team and use data-motivated approaches to help guide your decisions and continuously improve our SEO health.
  • Run SEO A/B tests in partnership with our Testing team to evaluate experiment results and iterate quickly to implement effective solutions.
  • Pay attention to the SEO landscape, including algorithm updates, standard methodologies, emerging trends, and competitor techniques.
  • Create and maintain a content creation calendar to ensure the timely release of optimized content.
  • Drive both internal and external link structures to enhance site authority and relevance.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and bring new ideas to elevate SEO performance and outpace competitors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experienced level of knowledge with tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Surfer
  • Experience in Large SaaS, Ecommerce, and Enterprise level websites.
  • Experience with end-to-end SEO projects such as site migrations or new product launches.
  • 3+ years of SEO marketing experience covering both on-page and off-page SEO, in the healthcare industry will be a plus.
  • Experience running pay-per-click, display, and video campaigns will be a bonus
  • Proven understanding in HTML.
  • Ability to articulate SEO ideas, strategies, and tactics to audiences with varying knowledge of SEO (novices to technical specialists).
  • Solid understanding of web analytics, algorithm changes, and the nuances of links within the SEO ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding and experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
