Job Title: SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings and drive traffic to our digital assets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques and will be able to work collaboratively with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to enhance our online presence.
Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase the organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-traffic, low-competition keywords to target in content creation and optimization efforts.
Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headings, URLs, images, and other on-page elements to align with SEO best practices.
- Work with the web development team to ensure website infrastructure, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, URL structure, and crawlability, is optimized for search engines.
Develop and execute a backlink strategy to improve the domain authority and ranking of the website.- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience and search engines.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush to monitor site performance, identify SEO issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular analysis of competitors SEO strategies, content, and backlink profiles to identify opportunities and gaps.
Generate detailed reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and other KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.- Continuously monitor SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure the website is optimized according to the latest SEO standards.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- At least 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to SEO.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
