Job Title: SEO Specialist

Location: CTIL, 1st Floor, B-8, Sector-2, Noida-201301, Uttar Pradesh, India

CTC: 2-3 LPA

Job Overview:

CodeGuardain Tech International Pvt Ltd(CTIL) is seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance the overall online visibility of CTIL.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development:

o Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals to drive organic search traffic.

o Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and content creation.

2. On-page Optimization:

o Optimize website content for targeted keywords, meta tags, title tags, URLs, internal linking, and other on-page elements.

o Ensure the website is structured properly for search engines, including URL structure, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and more.

o Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement technical and content-related SEO improvements.

3. Off-page Optimization:

o Implement and manage link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and page rankings.

o Analyze competitors backlinks, identify link-building opportunities, and establish partnerships for guest posting and outreach.

4. Technical SEO:

o Perform technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements in website performance (site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexation, crawlability).

o Work closely with the web development team to fix issues related to JavaScript, schema markup, and other advanced technical SEO aspects.

5. Content Optimization:

o Collaborate with the content team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product pages for SEO.

o Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices while maintaining high standards for readability and engagement.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

o Monitor, track, and report on organic search performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

o Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve SEO strategy and performance.

7. Stay Updated:

o Stay informed on the latest SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure Mphasis remains competitive in search rankings.

o Continuously refine and adapt SEO strategies based on search engine updates and evolving business needs.

8. Collaboration:

o Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives (PPC, social media, content marketing).

o Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and web developers to ensure SEO is integrated into the product lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

Any Education.
0-1 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword research, and SEO copywriting.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large enterprise websites and complex technical SEO environments.
Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or custom-built systems.
Familiarity with international SEO and optimizing for global audiences.
Understanding of website development processes, Agile methodologies, and digital marketing.
