The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO and PPC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management. You will play a crucial role in improving our online visibility, driving traffic, and increasing conversions across key business verticals.
You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, managing on-page and off-page optimizations, and leading our PPC efforts on platforms such as Google, Bing, and LinkedIn. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content creators and data analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and develop SEO guidelines to optimize our website's ranking.
- Design and implement an overall SEO strategy tailored to different industries we operate in.
- Perform both on-page and off-page SEO, including technical SEO audits, site architecture optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy, with a focus on high-quality backlinks and directory listings.
- Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on key SEO performance metrics such as ranked keywords, traffic growth, and conversions.
- Continuously optimize keywords, meta tags, and content to improve organic search visibility.
Ppc
- Manage and optimize full-stack PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, with the potential for display ads on selected platforms.
- Develop and execute PPC strategies, including campaign creation, keyword optimization, bid management, and landing page optimization.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure PPC campaigns align with SEO efforts and conversion goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Performance Metrics
- Increase in ranked keywords, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Improvement in key PPC metrics, including cost-per-click (CPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Achievement of business-specific goals tied to SEO and PPC efforts.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 2 years experience ideally in SEO / SEM within Professional Services industry.
- You have working knowledge of SEO
