SEO Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to build relationships with bloggers, influencers, website owners, and other content partners. Your primary goal will be to secure high-quality backlinks, guest post opportunities, and collaborations that enhance our brand s online presence and search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research Identify Opportunities: Find and assess potential outreach partners like websites, influencers, and content creators relevant to our audience.
• Develop Outreach Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns to promote content, secure backlinks, and form collaborations.
• Personalize Outreach: Craft tailored, engaging messages to increase response rates and stand out.
• Negotiate Collaborations: Skillfully negotiate terms for backlinks, guest posts, and other partnerships.
• Collaborate: Work closely with SEO and content teams to align outreach efforts with marketing goals.
• Follow Up Report: Persistently follow up with prospects and report on key outreach KPIs to improve future efforts.

Required Skills:

• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of how backlinks impact search engine rankings and overall SEO performance.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write compelling, personalized emails that grab attention.
• Familiarity with Outreach Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like BuzzStream, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hunter.io, or similar outreach/SEO tools.
• Research Skills: Ability to find and evaluate potential outreach partners and contacts.
• Analytical Skills: Experience tracking and analyzing outreach performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Persistence and Follow-Through: Ability to handle multiple outreach attempts and follow-ups while maintaining professionalism.
• Attention to Detail: Careful with tracking details, following up, and ensuring accuracy in outreach records.

Qualifications Experience:

• Graduation
• Minimum 1 year of experience as SEO Outreach Specialist.
