Job Description
- Create and guide the implementation of the SEO strategy
- Ensure the website structure, architecture, and performance adheres to SEO best practices
- Monitor the latest SEO trends and ensure Navabrind IT Solutions website is updated
- Conduct website audits to resolve crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues.
- Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals performance.
- Ensure the website is generating an increasing number of organicleads every month
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and keyword research to identify opportunities
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structure.
- Drive backlink-building initiatives through partnerships, outreach, and PR campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with the latest Google algorithm updates and search engine guidelines.
- Develop SEO-optimized content strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Provide monthly reports on SEO KPIs and recommend areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and digital marketers to ensure SEO initiatives are integrated into broader campaigns.
- Manage a team of SEO specialists, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of SEO goals.
- Stay updated on SEO tools and best practices and mentor team members.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Graduate in any stream
- Led a team of SEO experts
- Works for an IT company (500 people and above)
- E-commerce industry experience would be a big plus
- Hybrid position, 2-3 days in office
