Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager of expertise to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversion rates. This role requires strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills to optimize our online presence effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct detailed competitive analysis and identify areas for improvement
Keyword Research & Content Optimization:
- Perform extensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content, blogs, and landing pages
Technical SEO:
- Audit and optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page performance
- Ensure compliance with Google's algorithms and updates (e.g., Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing)
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations
Link Building & Outreach:
- Develop and execute ethical link-building campaigns to improve domain authority
- Build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and website owners
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists and content creators
- Work cross-functionally with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices
- Experiment with new strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc
- Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, search trends, and SEO best practices
- Experience in handling large-scale SEO projects and multi-regional websites
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
