Role description for SEO Lead:

1. Good understanding and knowledge of using top SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFs, SEMRush, TubeBuddy etc
2. Analysing the month-on-month performance of websites and YouTube channels and creating detailed reports on organic growth
3. Working closely with the content team for the monthly deliverables
4. Coordinate closely with clients across various sectors to execute the content marketing strategies
5. Mentoring junior team members and guiding them through the process of optimising content for search engines

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO and organic growth
• Experience in working with top SEO tools
• Experience in mentoring
• Analytical thinking
