We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Lead/Manager to join our team at Ditinus Technology Private Ltd. As an SEO Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our website's organic search ranking and drive targeted traffic to our site. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in SEO. The job is full-time and based in Mohali, Punjab, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven working experience in SEO with a strong track record of improving organic search ranking and driving targeted traffic
- Solid knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking and drive targeted traffic to our website
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for website optimization
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility
- Manage and optimize off-page SEO strategies including link building, social media engagement, and online reputation management
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development and website enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure continuous optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, web development, and content creation to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics to management
