Job Description

As an SEO Executive at GTS.AI, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that help drive traffic to our website and improve our online presence. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that our website ranks highly on search engines, attracts quality leads, and enhances the overall user experience. Your main tasks will include:
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify the most relevant and valuable keywords for our target audience.
  • Optimize on-page content such as metadata, headlines, and images for better search engine ranking.
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices across all web pages and blogs.
  • Perform regular website audits to ensure that all technical aspects of SEO, such as site speed, crawlability, and mobile optimization, are addressed.
  • Resolve technical issues like broken links, 404 errors, and duplicate content that may impact SEO performance.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with search intent and user expectations.
    • Assist in developing a content calendar that prioritizes SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and other forms of content.
  • Link Building & Off-Page SEO:
    • Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve off-page SEO performance.
    • Research and execute outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to analyze data and refine SEO strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO techniques to keep GTS.AI at the forefront of search engine optimization.
  • Skills Required
    To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
    Technical SEO Skills:
    • Comprehensive understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO optimization.
    • Strong ability to conduct site audits and resolve technical issues that impact search rankings.
    On-Page and Off-Page SEO Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of on-page SEO factors such as keyword optimization, meta tags, and content structure.
    • Ability to implement effective off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
    • Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others to identify relevant keywords and optimize content accordingly.
  • Ability to create and optimize content that is both search engine and user-friendly.
    • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar platforms to track and improve SEO performance.
    • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to refine SEO strategies.
    Link Building Skills:
    • Experience in building and maintaining quality backlinks through outreach campaigns, guest posting, and other strategies.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with the content, design, and development teams.
    • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Adaptability & Continuous Learning:
    • Ability to keep up with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
    • Eagerness to experiment with new SEO tactics and continuously improve strategies.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
    • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including technical SEO and content marketing.
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO optimization.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
