Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and tactics to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content, to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine visibility.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices in SEO.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies to improve domain authority and increase inbound links.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop and optimize content for SEO.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks for SEO performance.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to improve website architecture, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement SEO best practices and technical optimizations.
  • Stay informed about emerging SEO trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.
  • Keep track of industry best practices and evolving SEO strategies.
  • Conduct SEO training and provide guidance to junior team members.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications and courses in SEO are a plus.

  • Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
