What You'll Do:

• Ensuring that website design, layout, and coding is optimized for search.
• Troubleshooting technical SEO issues for the website.
• Implementation of SEO elements like titles, descriptions, URL redirects, image alt texts, canonicals, interlinking etc. as recommended by the SEO team.
• Finding out the root cause of low page speed using Google Page Speed Insights or GTMetrix tools and implementing the solutions.
• Improving page speed score by various implementations as shown in the audit.
• Working with the web designer to ensure consistent standards of SEO (when needed).
• Providing technical support to stakeholders in the web design process (when needed).

Who We're Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or web development.
• A minimum of 2 years front-end development and web design experience, and technical
• SEO fixes-related experience will be a plus.
• Proficiency in front-end programming languages like HTML, CSS, or various JS frameworks.
• Knowledge of CMS software like WordPress and Shopify with solid understanding of Markdown, Graphic Design, Website Architecture, and Integrations.
• Certification in SEO or Google Analytics will be a plus.
• Experience with back-end programming languages mainly PHP will be a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-focused.
