We're looking for someone with quick adaptability, who can also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Candidates should be proven to work quickly under pressure and collaboratively with a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the ed-tech industry. PCMB background in higher class will be a plus.

The objective of the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Content Writer to join our team. As an SEO Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content optimized for search engines and designed to increase traffic to our online platform.

Responsibilities

Excellent overall writing skills

Impeccable grammar and spelling sense

A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online

Great research, organizational, and learning

skills

Write original content and edit content

Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices

Fair knowledge of plagiarism and content duplication

High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs

Conducting keyword research to identify topics and keywords that will drive traffic to our website

Writing high-quality, engaging, informative blog posts, articles, and other written content optimized for search engines

Collaborating with other members of the content team to ensure all content is aligned with the company's vision and mission

Managing and updating content on our website to ensure it is optimized for search engines

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and incorporating them into our content strategy

Proofreading and editing content for accuracy and grammar

Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality

Assisting with other tasks and projects as assigned by the content team.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

0-2 years of experience in SEO content writing or a related field

Excellent writing skills with a strong command of the English language

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Interact/ work with other teams if required

Self-starter who can operate with minimal guidance
