Key Responsibilities include:
- Create and implement advanced SEO strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Market Analysis: Lead market and competitive analysis to find opportunities and challenges.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the SEO team to achieve top performance.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, product development, and technical teams to integrate SEO.
- Technical SEO: Manage complex technical SEO projects to improve site architecture and user experience.
- Develop reporting systems to show the impact of SEO efforts.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and adopt new methodologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture focused on data-driven decisions and market responsiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6+ years in SEO with a proven track record.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Client Management: Experienced in managing client interactions and handling issues.
- Recruitment and Compliance: Identify talent needs, lead recruitment, and ensure compliance.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics, ahrefs, SEMrush, MOZ, and Google Search Console.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required:
- Industry Leadership: Active participation in the SEO community through publications or speaking engagements.
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Project Management: Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Bachelors or masters degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields, plus specialized training or certifications in SEO or digital marketing.
