- We're looking for Computer vision engineer.
R & R:
Candidate will be responsible for handling of Vision projects, Maintenance of Vision systems, and preventive maintenance activities, Break down support on Vision systems, Handling of the team of technicians for projects, breakdown, and troubleshooting activities, new supplier development of vision systems.
Machine Vision system new project handling (PRL, RFQ, Design, selection, purchase, Scheduling, integration, programming Trial and debug & Qualification, calibration etc..).
Understanding of product drawings, references, accuracy and tolerances
Vision system maintenance(Supplier co-ordination, SW settings, Reference settings)
Vision system development of Branded systems- IN House(KEYENCE, COGNEX, OMRON)
New Customized/Branded Vision system supplier development.
Customized Vision system Supplier improvement.
Preventive maintenance, continuous monitoring, improvement & analysis.
Vision system Breakdown support.
Vison system support for line/product transfers from abroad sites.
Branded vision system selection, Development knowledge & experience (Keyence, Cognex, Omron).
Branded vision system software development & SW setting knowledge(Keyence, Cognex, Omron)
Vision system Hardware design & development knowledge including mechanical & electrical.
Vision system software setting knowledge for both branded vision systems & customized systems using LabVIEW, Micro soft Visual studio etc..
Product knowledge on accuracy, reference, tolerance and its interpretation using product drawings.
Vision system process knowledge & experience its integration on automatic machines.
Basic knowledge about camera basics, lightings, its mountings, controller knowledge, knowledge on software tools, knowledge about PLC integration.
Interacting with customized vision system suppliers for new project development and for break down support, and for modifications.
Knowledge on customized vision system development- camera selection, light selection
