Senior Workflow & Systems Specialist part of OPE will be providing support and stewardship to Customer Implementation Specialists and Global consulting for workflow changes and improvements while collaborating with the business and technology teams. Our purpose is to provide outstanding business efficiency by providing consultation, domain expertise, and accurate solutions to end users. In this role, you would be supporting senior team members in delivering business change projects & improvements, and solutions for Service NOW user base.
nRole Responsibilities
nEngages in new or ongoing projects and considers priorities
nSupports delivery of key improvements Service NOW
nSupports migration & complex project launches across teams through strong partnership relationships across matrixed functions
nEngages in project planning and improvement to deliver key upgrades
nAssists Engineers in debugging / solving issues involving data or the accuracy of data, in day-to-day work and production support scenarios
nCollaborate with Development/Technology and Operations to lead and deliver on strategic Fix around any major client critical issues or Incident
nSupport BAU queries, tasks and adhoc projects on Service NOW
nDocuments and communicates all new or amendments to processes
nIdentifies project risks and issues and brings up appropriately
nSuggests process improvement following investigative, analytic or diagnostic services.
nSkills & Knowledge
nDomain knowledge on multiple process aligned to CIS and CC. Excellent ability to learn new process provide support.
nGood understanding of process and procedure within Customer Implementation and Customer consulting
nExperience with system assessments and enhancements
nExperience in UAT and process documentation
nExperience with Jira, Blue works and Full Picture an advantage
nCollaborates well within the team and with other collaborators
nExcellent data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
nSelf-motivated.
nExperience in product launches that involves CIPS Products and services
nFeeling comfortable when addressing senior management representatives
nComfortable in challenging the and pushing back where appropriate
nGood communication and train team at different level to transition knowledge and learning
