Job Description
Responsibilities
Resolve employee service requests and alerts involving technology including Windows workstation OS, Windows servers OS
Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office suite, etc.)
Maintain a positive attitude and positive working relationship with all departments
Requirements
3+ years of advanced Windows Server implementation and maintenance experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Service awareness of all organization s key IT services
Additional Requirement
Must be an expert in handling printers, routers, firewalls, switches, VPN, Remote Desktop Services, VoIP and mobile phones, backup solutions and vendor-specific hardware and software
