Job Overview: We're looking for a talented Senior Web Developer with strong experience in team leadership and project management to join our team. You'll work closely with designers, developers, and account managers to bring seamless, high-performing websites to life while ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality websites, ensuring they meet the latest standards in responsive design, SEO, and performance.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; ensure projects align with client objectives and are completed on schedule.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior developers and cross-functional teams; conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure team development standards are met.
- Technical Planning & Strategy: Work with the strategy team to define project scope, estimate resources, and align deliverables with the business and client goals.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing practices and ensure websites are bug-free, optimized for user experience, and meet performance benchmarks across all devices.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to enhance the visual and functional elements of each website.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in web development, including at least 2 years in a team lead or project management role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Backend experience with Node.js, PHP, or other backend languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and custom CMS development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
