Position Overview: As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective website designs that align with our clients brand identities and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality web solutions that drive user engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for websites, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and branding guidelines.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- Design and optimize website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces that are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional web design experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects, including responsive design and e-commerce websites.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-centered designs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
