Position: Senior Visualiser and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Visualizer and Graphic Designer to join our Internal Communication Cluster. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from ideation and conceptualization to the final execution. You will work closely with project teams to understand the requirements of our internal communication clients and translate them into appealing visuals that align with the defined objectives.
Responsibilities:
Brainstorm and develop creative concepts based on client briefs for individual creatives as well as campaigns.
Create contemporary, engaging and high-quality creatives (infographics, illustrations, presentations, web banners, newsletters, emailers, posters, standees, etc.).
Collaborate with project managers and copywriters and suggest the best visual format to present the given content in.
Ensure that the deliverables are completed within the given deadline.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in visualization and graphic design.
Proven track record of creating impactful visual communication campaigns.
Strong understanding of design and branding principles, including layout, typography, and color theory, etc.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent collaboration and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
