Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Cinematographer and Editor to enhance our visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in videography, cinematography, and video editing, with a knack for storytelling and a deep understanding of current media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cinematography:
- Capture high-quality video content with excellent framing and composition.
- Create visually compelling videos that align with our brand standards.
- Shoot property videos to promote on social media platforms.
- Video Editing:
- Edit videos using, but not limited to, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to produce animated videos and motion graphics videos using After Effects.
- Produce polished, professional videos suitable for various platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Other Media Channels
- Content Creation:
- Develop innovative video content ideas that align with current trends and have the potential to go viral.
- Utilize storytelling skills to create engaging and impactful videos.
- Additional Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with VFX or CGI are highly desirable.
- Experience with Blender or any other VFX/CGIAI tools would be an added advantage.
- Professionalism:
- Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate dedication to delivering high-quality work.
- Meet deadlines consistently and exhibit strong professional acumen.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is a must.
- Should have strong knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animations.
- Strong eye for detail and excellent framing skills.
- Good visualization and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to come up with trending and viral content ideas.
- Knowledge of VFX or CGI is an added advantage.
- Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Professionalism, dedication, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements as they arise.
Please be aware that this position requires an individual contributor as there is no production or video editing team in house. The candidate must have their own camera for the shoot. However, the company will provide the camera based on post-performance evaluation.
