This is a full-time on-site role as the Senior Vice President Operations at CIPL. As the Senior Vice President Operations, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with operations management, strategic planning, project management, customer service, and P&L management. Your role will involve effectively managing and optimizing operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.

• Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Project Management skills
• P&L Management and Customer Service experience
• Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering results
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
