Extensive experience in development of web applications using the following technologies - ASP.NET Webforms, VB.NET, SQL Server 2016 or higher
Good understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
Experience in using 3rd party controls like DevExpress, Telerik etc.
Experience in XML file manipulation using VB.NET
Extensive experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes - RDBMS Concepts, Data Structures, Optimization Techniques, SQL queries, Indexes, views, Functions, Triggers, Transactions
Extensive experience in developing WCF/Web Services
Good knowledge on Web-based security concepts and session management
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Understanding of source code management tools like TFS, MSBuild etc.
Experience in Financial Services domain (Preferably Australia) is an added advantage
Stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical teams and be able to present to senior stakeholders
