Job Description:

Position: Senior UX Designer

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 4-5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for user experience projects, ensuring user-centric solutions.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user needs and design goals.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance user interaction.

Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder input.

Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to implement innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in user experience design with a strong portfolio.

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus.
