Senior UX Designer
You will be responsible for:
Addressing user and business needs considering design and tech constraints/conscious trade-offs at all times.
Partnering with other internal and external CX/UX BUs as needed to establish a cohesive and coherent user experience across products and service lines.
Enhancing team capabilities and participating in self-applied learning goals while carving out your niche career paths.
Ensuring best practices and fostering a culture of oneness within and across teams.
Leading design ideation sessions with clear agendas and providing execution plans, consulting, and adapting established frameworks. If required, suggesting data-driven/tested improvement plans.
Providing timelines, reviewing development outcomes, and foreseeing risks and trade-offs impacting the design on the release journey within the SDLC designed SOP.
Structured documentation on tools like Jira and Aha in a timely manner and actively participating during weekly UX huddles.
Presenting quick concept workflows and iterating with a purpose-driven mindset while embracing ideas from other functional teams.
Deriving design expectations from think-aloud sessions (discovery, define) and collaborating with business stakeholders to create a vision and execution map.
Creating high-fidelity (development-ready) design deliverables that clearly communicate design specifics, and preparing a design-development hand-off document for developers.
Being passionate about experimental outcomes and considering failure as a critical step to evolve, engage, learn, and build.
Being honest, accommodative, and ready to adapt to the needs of the hour.
Your impact:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products. Working with stakeholders across functions and levels, your work will impact all stages of product development. You'll explore user behaviors and motivations, being part of all research, design, development, review, and release phases.
Must have:
Portfolio showcasing your UCD processes led to business outcomes. Design outcomes for all form factors are a plus!
Excellent systems thinker with experience building products that embody best practices around accessibility, brand ethos, and scalable and mature design frameworks.
Portfolio demonstrating your applied processes led to collaborative and iterative outcomes that were measured and reported for better design outcomes.
5+ years of digital product design experience (Strong proficiency in problem-solving with appreciable visual and interactive prototyping skills).
Experience in managing design systems.
Experience in measuring user experience, identifying, and evaluating user journeys with supportive situational examples within the portfolio.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.
A strong and precise storyteller!
