Role Overview
As a Senior Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business goals and exceed user expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to create user-centered designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your work.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine the designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
