Currently, we are looking for a
remote Senior UX Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering team to design new features
- Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered design perspective
- Establish and improve design patterns to create a friendly and approachable user experience
- Execute and incorporate results of user testing
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience designing consumer, commercial, and enterprise web applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and customers as well as receive feedback on designs
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and ability to create prototypes
- Exceptional visual, interaction, production design skills to create wireframes that effectively communicate user workflows
- Well attuned attention to detail in designing experiences, ability to think through different scenarios users might encounter outside of the happy path
- Strong prototyping skills and using a variety of prototype tools
- B2 English is a must
