remote Senior UX Designer to join our global team
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product manager to establish product vision as a synthesis of user needs and business goals
- Conducting Kick-off meetings with users
- Documenting client UI/UX requirements
- Make precise estimations
- Make and deliver interactive POC
- Make and deliver UX Artifacts (such as personas, scenarios, journey maps, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes) that matches with project needs
- Design low - high fidelity wireframes and prototypes
- Validate and evaluate your ideas with stakeholders and users
- Manager design workshops
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX Design
- A portfolio that represents your enterprise UX skills
- Must have 3 or more years of experience in product design, web design, UI/UX design and/or art direction with a focus on web and mobile digital products
- Must have 3 or more years of experience with developing low- and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing
- Must have 3 or more years of experience with visual and digital design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, HTML/CSS or similar
- Familiarity with a human-centered design methodology and inclusive design principles preferred
- Ability to work within both Agile environments
- Good spoken and written English level
