Overview:
HealthEdge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX / Product Designer Designer who will be responsible for supporting the execution of the GuidingCare product design strategy and roadmap for their assigned functional area. You will work directly with customers, agile engineering teams, and other internal stakeholders to design and deliver value-add features within the GuidingCare Solution Suite. What you will do:
- Understand the business objectives and rationales behind high level product features; translate them into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and easy-to-use user experiences
- Engage in comprehensive research on UX design best practices, information architecture, multi-screen functionality testing methodologies, etc. to improve internal processes and design standards
- Prioritize and coordinate deliverables across multiple product features and roadmaps to meet business needs
- Communicate with key internal and external stakeholders to perform user research, collect design feedback, and clarify requirements
- Follow HealthEdge design standards and style guides to produce comprehensive deliverables encompassing user flows and UI wireframes to facilitate software development
- Collaborate with both US and India based team members
What you bring:
- 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS product design
- Experience in US healthcare strongly preferred
- Experience working in collaborative multi-disciplinary agile product organizations
- Experience planning for and capturing user feedback on designs
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
- Strong interpersonal skills people like working with you
