Senior User Experience Designer

The ITH Technologies Design Team is looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about applying user- centred design methods to solve even the most complex problems. Working within a UX team, your focus will be to evolve the experience of planning Web3 market-leading products with intuitive, user-approved workflows and powerful visualizations for novice and expert users alike.

Our UX team works with diverse companies in DeFi, Metaverse, Gaming, FinTech, EdTech, NFT, etc.

About The Job

As a member of our UX team, you will play a key role in all phases of the product design cycle to

iterate concepts to best meet user & business needs. This includes collecting & assessing input from users and stakeholders; designing solutions; delivering compelling sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity specifications, & UX prototypes; and presenting UX deliverables. You'll be challenged to learn new concepts in a complex domain that will enable you to effectively advocate on behalf of our users. You will be expected to organize your work to meet release deadlines while also proactively working to identify high-impact areas ripe for UX improvement. In your designs, you will leverage visual standards, and contribute to the evolution of UX standards to enhance usability and accessibility.

You are an ideal candidate if you have the following:

A degree in B.Des/M.Des or related field.

Extensive experience with user-centred design methods and principles, illustrated through

user workflows, wireframes, simple UX prototypes, and high-definition specifications

Experience creating UX prototypes to stimulate feedback

Excellent written and verbal communication skills you are equally comfortable asking

insightful questions, presenting your ideas, and taking feedback

A solid understanding of UX design patterns, usability best practices & accessibility

Fluency with various design tools in creating low and high-definition UX deliverables

A portfolio or samples of work that demonstrate your experience creating user-centred

design solutions

Experience in the following areas would be considered highly valuable:

Simplifying complex workflows in a highly emerging technology.

Basic Knowledge of Blockchain, Web3, NFTs and DeFi.
