Job Description:
As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Your expertise in interaction design and visual design will be crucial in delivering high-quality user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience and visual design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in interaction design and visual design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Product Design, creating Design Systems and Processes.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
