Job title: Senior US IT Sales Recruiter
Location: 2nd Floor, Fortune 9 Building, Opp Yashoda Hospital, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana: 500082.
Shift timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST (night shift)
Experience required: 6 to 12 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- A qualified candidate must have hands-on Bench sales experience in the US IT Staffing market.
- Responsible for maintaining and growing the business from his/her network, not depending on the existing W2 bench.
- Mandatory new hires and meeting the target.
- Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp-2-Corp & 1099, etc.
- Must have a good understanding of the US staffing business, Bench sales, and recruitment process.
- Self-screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- The sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (All US Visa's) with vendors
- Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
- Generate, Interact, and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Prime Vendors or Implementation partner's networks daily.
- Need excellent time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
- Could you look for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submit the consultants, and follow up on interview schedules
- Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation, and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Tracking and extensive follow-up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination.
